My dog Tommy, is a small dog! He is almost a year old, but I do not think he will grow very much. His hair is kind of curly, but I cut it and I probably shouldn't, but it gets in his eyes! He barks alot, he needs lots of love, and he is the cutest pup ever! I think I got lied too though. I was told he was a tea cup malyi poo, but is there such thing? I think he looks like a havanesse a little. Is there any good websites?

You did get lied to there is no such thing as "teacup". He is probably a Maltese poodle mix. Post pics if you can.

edit: Also they need hair cuts regularly so you cutting his hair will not hurt, but i do think that you need to take him to a groomer so that he doesn't get knots. Knots are very painful for a dog.

Yes, you were lied to. There is no such things as a 'tea cup' anything for a start - only smaller toy dogs. Secondly, maltipoo's arent a breed so there is another lie. They are a mix of poodles and maltese. do some research on google and kenel club sites to find similar looking dogs, but as he is a mixed breed it is highly unlikely you will fond one which looks the same as there is no guarantee or breed standards for mixed breeds.
